Prices
All prices listed are ex-factory (Ambala Cantt) and subject to 12% GST. Prices may vary based on order quantity and specifications. Please contact us for a final quotation.
Payment
We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and demand drafts. 50% advance payment required for custom or bulk orders. Balance payable before dispatch.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched under 60 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping charges are additional and depend on destination and weight. We ship pan-India via reputed courier partners.
Warranty
All instruments carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty period varies by product category. Misuse or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Products must be returned in original packaging. Buyer bears return shipping costs unless defect is confirmed.
